Sai I luv u with a ring! A ring-o-meatz! Ideelly made wit a mix of suqirrel, dear and rattlesnake meatz, iz OK tu uses pork, veal and beef. Dunt furget to top wit ze jooice ! De purfect senterpeace fur a rowmantique feast!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Line a bundt pan with the bacon strips. Make sure that all of the metal is covered. Use more strips if you need to seal the pan.

In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients above, aside from the 1 ½ cup of cheddar cheese, until all is incorporated into the meats. Do not over mix or overhandle the meat! This will result in a dry loaf.

Place 2/3 of the meat mixture into the bacon lined pan. Be sure to press all of the meat in to make it compact.

Using a spoon, make a small well in the middle of the meat spanning the entire cake then stuff the well with the shredded cheddar cheese.

Using wet hands, top with the remaining 1/3 of the meat mixture and create a smooth, level bottom

Place pan in oven and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the inside temperature is 160 degrees.

Once fully cooked, remove the meat bundt from the pan on a tray, taking care to drain the juices from the meat. Varnish the bacon crust with bbq sauce and return to the oven for another 20 minutes or until the bacon is golden brown.

Remove from oven and garnish the pan with parsley, roasted tomatoes or other meaty treats!
