In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let stand for 1 minute. Then stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved. About 5 minutes.
Before the gelatin thickens, stir in lemon juice, celery salt, garlic powder and tabasco.
In large bowl, combine gelatin mixture with avocado, sour cream and mayonnaise, adding scallion and pimento.
Pour into 3 cup mold or individual molds
