Made wit ze three Bs bb! Bakon, bourbon & brown sugar. Sweet an boozy to move that caboosey!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Lay bacon strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush strips with bourbon using a pastry brush then sprinkle brown sugar evenly across each strip.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
Remove strips from pan, set on paper and let cool for 10 minutes. Finely chop then set aside.
Combine graham cracker crumbs, 6 tablespoons of melted butter, and 1/3 cup of sugar. Once combined, pour into a well greased 8x8 inch pan and press down to create a solid crust.
Beat together cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping and bourbon.
Stir in 2/3 of the chopped bacon then spread mixture over the graham cracker crust.
Combine the crushed granola bars, 3 tablespoons of butter and 5 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl until it makes a crumble. Sprinkle the crumble on top of the cream cheese mixture then top with remaining pieces of bacon.
Cover and freeze for 3 hours. Once frozen, cut into squares and enjoy!
